If a return is necessary, for any reason, please contact me within 7 days after receiving your merchandise for return instructions. You are only responsible for the return shipping. The item must be in the original packaging and in new condition. A refund will be issued to your PayPal or Auctiva check out credit card as soon as the merchandise is received in good condition.
If the item is damaged in shipment we will send out a new one and file a claim with the carrier. I may need the item back ( at our expense) or some digital pictures for the claim.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or DHL Ground. We ship for our warehouse in southern California. Shipments are made Monday through Friday and usually leave the warehouse within two day's of auction close and payment clearing.
